Andy,

Rick sells the large and small gaskets for the oil filter. Same gaskets
used for the block adapter, if memory serves. You might consider buying
enough so you have a spare set on hand when you're through. The hose should
stop leaking once tightened... unless there's a hole in the hose. The big
nut at the oil filter is a 1 3/8" on mine, much dinged up over the years. 1
7/16" is too big. Use a socket  (You have to remove the tube nut - a 3/4"
open end wrench... or if you have a 1 3/'" offset open end wrench
available. I can't get a straight shot at the bolt with a regular open end
wrench... the radiator reservoir's in the way.
