Try Classic Sunbeam Auto Parts in Oswego, NY. Phone: 800-24-sunbeam. I
don't know if they'll have it, but they've been pretty good for me in the
past.

It shouldn't take too much work to duplicate the part. And maybe adapt the
hard-line fuel lines to 3/8"... Just a thought. good hunting.
