This problem is not just during the winter, its every couple weeks, year 
round.
I did talk to a Mustang owner at Cars and Coffee that says he runs 
stabilizer ALL the time...
and he didn't have problems.

It must be the Ethanol.  Is there any residual sugar in it??  The 
problem is something that
clogs/sticks things up, but re-dissolves in a few hours...
What is in stabilizer?
