The Book of Norm lists the many original style hose =
clamps. There is a wide variety of types and sizes used and some have =
no exact reproductions available. Some of the original hose clamps you =
have should be renewed for use again unless you found a replacement.

=20

Radiator =E2=80=93 large double wire clamps =E2=80=93 Mustang catalogs =
and the like carry them

Heater hose =E2=80=93 Ford tower clamps - Mustang catalogs

Heater hose - English band clamps on the =C2=BD=E2=80=9D heater hoses =
=E2=80=93 I never found a replacement for this style =E2=80=93 that may =
have changed now =E2=80=93 re-use originals if possible

Heater hose =E2=80=93 the smaller double wire clamps =E2=80=93 Moss and =
others carry them =E2=80=93 some are not like the originals

=20

PCV hose =E2=80=93 Corbin single wire clamp =E2=80=93 Mustang catalogs

=20

Original clamps at the fuel filter were a crimped style clamp =E2=80=93 =
the current spring style is much easier to work with.

=20

If you need to use a worm gear clamp anywhere I suggest the embossed =
worm gear style clamp instead of the perforated style.

Thanks for the link. I'm going to try and clean up the old ones but it =
is good to see a source for new ones.

=20

Next question. The Book of Norman says most of the 1" hoses used a Ford =
band clamps. Does anyone have a photo of an original clamp as used on =
the water pump bypass hose? I don't really want to just use a worm gear =
clamp.

Thanks,

Joe

What is this type of hose clamp called? They were on the hose that went =
