Some of us (me included) often pay but park outside because we
don't want to participate in that kind of event.  I hang onto
the dash plaques and T-Shirts, but I've only included Sonja in
the lineup at three or four of the events I've been to (I
include her at DesPlaines, but that's because I trust the event
lot more than the external one as far as security is
concerned), and I've paid entry at all of them (less than 100,
but uncountable).  I love looking at concours cars, but I
don't want to own a trailer queen.  That's not how I judge my
car and I don't need (or want) anyone to try to impose their
idea of what my car should be (or where it should be) upon me.
