TR6 Steering and tracking, when under acceleration

Some time ago, a lister brought up the fact that when under acceleration with 
His six, and when acceleration ended suddenly, the car would have a tendency to 
want to wander around as the torque changed, get "goosey" so to speak.  I have 
read through the past posts and did not see a reply.   Can anyone tell me if a 
cause was indicated to this person?  Mine has a tendency to do the same thing.
