There is very good coverage and photos of "Revvie" in the
comprehensive history book: CAN-AM by Pete Lyons.
I'm replying through the list for the benefit of members
who may not have seen this excellent book. It is one of
the best in my library and I often take it off the shelf
for a read. The photographic quality is first class too.
