I recently treated myself to a hosting service on which I plan to publish details of the restoration of my Longbridge BN4. The details will not be to everyone's taste as it has been significantly modified in many areas.
Whilst I wrestle with the design and layout of my website (which I find more challenging than actually hacking the html) I thought I would use some of the space available to publish the Archived website produced for the
International Healey Weekend 2008, 'Celebrating half a Century of the Austin Healey Sprite'.
The source code was provided to the National Executive of the Austin-Healey Club http://www.austin-healey-club.com/ here in the UK immediately after the event but, strangely, it was never published.
The material comprises the two sites that were produced for the event. The first site you will see is the post-event report with photographs and feedback from many of those that enjoyed it. The Archive button calls up the sales and marketing website launched 18 months before the Healey Weekend. It is interesting to see the extent to which major trade names here in the UK contributed to the sponsorship and support.
