I also wanted to say that I too have had good luck with NGK brand
plugs. I never have tried them in my Triumphs, but have had good luck
with them in small engines and many motorcycles.

Champion plugs should serve you well, however if you want an
alternative, I
use NGK BP6ES plugs. These are the plugs recommended by TRF as
replacements
for the Champions. I have had excellent luck with them as have all the
members in our club that I switched over.
