You can also get just the felt channel cut to length. Then you have to rivet
them on. I got mine at BRG (British Racing Green) in Delaware for about $7 a
piece. You can call them at 1-888-749-8033.  You can also check their web

Mitch---I know you are a 'new' member to  6 PACK, so you wouldn't
normally have Volume 5, Issue I. In this, a member went thru tightening
up his channels using  "household felt and a strip of bicycle inner
tube". He claims the old, rotted channel tracks were scraped clean, and
replaced with the two items glued in place.  (I don't know if the window
glass was removed first. You could probably tell if you had to, once
starting on this.) He seemed happy with the results.  I could try faxing
you this page, if you want to go the home-remedy route.
