window channels

Listers,
I removed the interior panels on my doors this weekend to replace the
"squeegy" and "fuzzy" door window seals and quickly realized that the
"fuzzy" window channel liners were dry rotted and hanging out.  Well a quick
look in the catalog revealed that none of the big three sell just the fuzzy
liners. Does anyone know where I can purchase those without spending $200 on
new channels?  And how do they get attached to the window channels?
