I have a 76 TR6 that I am pretty sure the decal detailing to be accurate.
The only Black Sticker that is a sticker is the Non- Catalyst info that is
below the Aluminum Commission plate in the LH door jamb, according to page
398 & 399 of the engineering book that TRF provides, it sounds as though you
have a sticker meant for a 69 TR6 that was placed under the hood on only
some models.
