Peter---My stock rad is a four row.  You may need the 13 lb. cap, if
there's still a problem in the coolant flirting with over 200 deg. 

Your higher CR has to influence the temp. a bit. 

There are cockpit adjustable timing controls available from MSD if you
find you need to set yours retarded, to avoid knock. Advance the timing
when stuck in traffic.   Cheaper than a set of pistons.
