All I can say is that after all the discussion and all the consulting regarding
the best things to do with our cars today must have been the sum of all parts.
I woke up and had an appointment with our local LBC (TR's are his specialty
though) specialist to determine if my purchase 2 months ago was all for naught.
Although it ended up quite well there are always things to do (for those that
helped me with my low RPM stuttering by the way it did indeed turn out to be
torn diaphragms..fyi) and I left with a handful (not bad!) of things to get to.
Anyway, I got home and spent a great afternoon with the kids. After a great day
we got home I had about a half an hour to kill and took the 6 out around 6pm.
It was one of the first nice days we have had in the Northeast in quite some
time. Pure blue sky and 65 degrees and I went driving....it all came to me in
an instant. I've had power monsters (big block Vettes) and handling mavens
(911's and BMW's) but nothing has ever brought a smile to my face like my 6 did
today...I really get it now...it was that incredible...I'm hooked for good.
