One my winter chores on my 72 Emerald Green TR is to clean up the engine,
engine bay and hoses. I'll replace the hoses as needed. I have planned on
using degreaser from the auto parts store followed by a mild detergent. Then I
go over the painted areas with a mild polishing compound. Then I plan to sand
and repaint areas needing touch up.
Are there hints or suggestions or criticisms anyone cares offer? I'd prefer
not to do this job twice, like I normally do.
