Which lock tight to use

  I'm trying to decide which lock tight to use on the flywheel, crank pulley
and cam bolts.
Should I use the red high strength or the blue medium strength. If the red is
used can the bolts be loosened latter down the road without fear of breaking
them? That's my main fear as what if the car needs one of those parts removed
for future repairs.
  If the blue is used will it be strong enough to keep the bolts from backing
out?
