VB Slave Cylinder discussion

I'm not 100 % sure but I believe that Adam Beasley's slave cylinder issue 
relates to an installation problem, not a faulty design of the slave cylinder.  
As I recall the slave bolts to the rear of the rear engine plate, not the front 
which I agree is counter intuitive.  This permits the round nose of the slave 
cylinder to protrude through the hole in the plate to where the ears meet the 
plate from the rear thus rendering the oblong rear of the slave a moot issue.  
I ended up adding some spacers to mine to put the slave even further toward the 
rear in order to get my clutch pedal to engage farther from the floor.
