Well,
The TR6 for sale on eBay with less than 3,000 miles on the clock
went for a shade over $28,000.

I am impressed. My guess was $25k, but given the fact that the
car is totally original makes it understandable that it went even
higher. I don't care for the color, but ya gotta love the
originality. Too bad that low miles does not mean good condition, given
the propensity of
rubber to rot even when it is not being used. I'll bet all the weather
stripping is as stiff
as a board. The fact that it had the original window sticker, factory
OD, and factory hard top
made a difference too, I'll bet.
I will be going to bed tonight with visions of a $28,000 classic
car parked in my garage.
Then the rusty reality will set in. Sigh. Well, it makes for a nice
fantasy.
I was unable to find the Blue TR4 that was being discussed a few
days ago. Does anybody know if
it sold, and for how much?
