To overhaul my differential I used a Rear Axle Service Instruction Manual for a
TR2 that I got from another TR owner (thanks Berry). While the TR2 was a live
axle, the internals seem to be the same. The instructions and illustrations
led me through the rebuild process twice. Remember to put sufficient lubricant
in your rebuilt differential or you'll end up doing it twice like I did (ouch).
The 100 feet ride with the rear end locked up was enough to make me remember
to put in the correct amount of lubricant the second time around. If your
