James,
  I get a 'click' noise from the pass side, which after close examination 
seems to come from one of the pins that hold the brake pads.  When I apply 
the brakes I can hear a single click, especially if there is a high curb on 
the pass side.  I'm getting ready to rebuild the calipers and put in some 
"green stuff" pads - hopefully that will shift the pin to a quieter 
orientation.
