Thanks to everyone for the input on the turn signal flasher. I was at
the local Wally Mart doing some other shopping and picked up a flasher
there for about $2. Works fine and I had no problems with the round
flasher vs. square holder - the metal of the holder was flexible
enough that I could just give the flasher a good push and the square
holder holds it right in place. Its a bit too quite compared to the
Lucas one, so I'll probably pick up a loud flasher at some point. My
only question was the correct way to wire it up, but I hooked it up
both ways and it seemed to work fine both ways.
