I have only met Toly on occasion but a club member raced against him "back
in the day" and relayed a story to me of Toly doing a story for Car and
Driver. It was an exotic car (Ferarri) (sp) on an unopened expressway in
Tulsa, OK (I-244) and got busted for it. Real car guy. Prayers to him and
Karen.
