I'm going to try responding from my phone, which will be a first for me=F0=9F=

The drive shaft needn't be removed to replace the rear seal. This shaft has s=
liding splines. Push the front flange on the drive shaft as far as it will g=
o, over an inch, and to the side. This should give enough room to remove the=
 tail shaft, exposing the seal.=20
