You have more chance of spilling brake fluid when you fill your master
or when you service it.  Both are real problems and a high risk for
damaging paint.

Yes, DOT5 traps air bubbles, but the problem is not significantly worse
than DOT4 in my experience.  A lot of people, including racers, use
DOT5.  I use it and am quite satisfied.
