Chris,
The needles are installed in the bottoms of the pistons.
You probably leak through there.
I think the needles need some sort of non-hardening sealant
put on them when you put the carbs together.

It seems that I'm always having to fill the oil in my CD150's. They
definately do not leak. Where is this oil going and why does it seem
to leave so quickly? I'm refilling these things every 3-4 weeks and
only driving the thing 12-18 days out of that time.
