Steve, that was pretty good, but I think they got the pictures mixed up, and
they showed me YOUR picture.

Subject: Sunbeam Owners on Police Records?

I just found out that there is a national record file - "Police Guide",
maintained by our government, from extensive files from the FBI, CIA,
State, County and Local law enforcement agencies, and the DMV, on
criminal records of all citizens.

Did you get a ticket? Did you skip out on a hearing or fail to pay fines
a traffic or parking ticket? Did SOMEONE ELSE commit a crime, and got
away with using your identity?

These FBI collected records, by the Federal Disclosure Law, are
available to every resident (I was about to say citizen, but it's wider
than that). Unless you know private information about someone else, only
your own records are searched. And some have photographs too!

I won't take sides on the legality, or morality, of this issue, but the
web site is open for all to check:

Police Guide, FBI Records Search:

http://www.policeguide.com/cgi-bin/criminal-search

You are not required to reveal what you find, but you should know what
they think they know about you.
