Well after a beautifull weekend , Jane and I decided to take off on a
putt. We went up through the east side of the Portland area and south on
a river road leading to the Mt.Hood National forestarea. We only went
about 100 miles but we got up to the 2500 foot level and the view was
great. going up and coming back was a very nice ride and the Pine ran
like a real quiet sewing machine. we didn't take a lunce tho and was
forced back to "civiization" by hunger, That fresh air will do it to
you. We ran with about 250 Harleys, (all over the place like flies) .
Whew what a day . We did see only 4 Jags and one very nice looking 73
Triumph ,,,with a picknic box on the carrier. I am going to get one of
those..
Well we got back and alls well . Next week perhaps, going up to the
BTSracing kids in Longview WA. to see them.
