          All the info that came out about OBD-II before OBD-II said there 
          would be no flash codes. Anybody want to donate a Neon to a 
          technical college for educational purposes so this can be studied?

          If an OBD-II Neon can flash codes, it can flash codes. What was I 
          thinking?  :(
