JUNE 23rd registration deadline!
The registration deadline for the McKamey Autocross School to be held in
July at Rocky Mt, NC is only a week away!
We have plenty of openings for Friday, Saturday and Sunday Schools-
that's July 16-18. This school is hosted by the Tarheel Sports Car
Club.
Phase 1 and 2 schools are offered. The current cost is $180 per phase.
After June 23rd, the late registration increases to $195 per phase. (If
you pre-registered earlier and sent a deposit, the balance is due June
23rd!)
A catered lunch will be provided! You can also sign up for the social,
a complete catered dinner for instructors and students, which will be
offered on Friday and Saturday nights.

This school is a great opportunity to improve your autocross skills, no
matter what your experience level.

Summary of Rocky Mt, Schedule and Important Events
1) What's Happening?- The McKamey Autocross School!

Event will be held rain or shine. However, an
alternate day in the event
of disastrous or extremely severe weather will be
announced later.

Daily Schedule
Times: 8:00 Meet at Rocky Mount Airport
8:30 Driver's Meeting
9:00 Time to go to school!
12:00 - 1:00 (Catered Lunch Provided)
4:30 Wrap Up at Rocky Mount
5:30- 6:30 debriefing and analysis at hotel
6:45-8:00 Social (optional) Dinner as a group at the hotel
(note: For Sunday, the debrief will take place on site, and no evening
dinner social is offered)
Registration Fees:
Standard Registration Fee: $180.00 through
Wednesday, June 23, 1999
Late Registration Fee $195.00 through Monday,
July 12, 1999
Social and Dinner (optional) $22.00
Above fees are for one phase only. These cost for Phase 1 is the same
as for Phase 2.
If you want to take both Phase 1 and Phase 2 then, the cost is simply
double the above
fees. For example, if you sign up within the Standard Registration
time period for Phase
1 and Phase 2, your cost will be $360.00.
Social - On Friday and Saturday night, instructors and students will
be having a nice
dinner together at the hotel. This will be a fun time to get to talk
and know each other
better, hear "war" stories from our instructors, and generally have
fun. The social is
optional, but we would encourage you to attend if you are staying over
either Friday or Saturday night. The social fee pays for a nice
dinner and ice tea.
