Okay, I want to clarify that this is not meant as a personal attack.
I'm just trying to demonstrate my earlier point about contrast, because
an awful lot of people suggested that I use pictures to make my point.
So along those lines, here's another one. Black (I think) on red this

I'm not sure why the 11/111 BS Miata (also white on silver) was so
unreadable. I don't have pictures of it. This just tells me that under
some conditions, white and silver are unreadable, while in others it's
okay. I still think some other color would be preferable.
