99 Civic SI/Koni Adjustables

Have a question regarding Koni Adjustable shocks.
According to the rules for stock class you cannot modify the suspension
geometry.  If I purchase Koni shocks for my car the ride height is
adjustable by 1" front, .5" rear.  Will this bump me to CSP?  
Yes or No.  
I don't have to buy Koni's but the word is the Koni's have the best auto-x
shocks.
If you have any suggestions for better shocks I am open.
I want to stay in E-Stock.
Any comments would be appreciated.
