Roll BAR can weld in.  Roll CAGE must be bolted in.  If it has more than 4
"feet", it's a cage.  If it has braces both front and rear, it's a cage.

Maybe.  If the owner's manual says you can take out the rear seat for cargo
space, you can take it out.  Don't laugh.  Some cars have this in the book.
