Yes, 20-25 seconds may be typical at the local level, but do you send 
out a sweep car 6 times during every heat?? With all the overhead you 
end up closer to 25-30 seconds per run. At two prior tour events 
(Meridian and Dallas), I seem to remember finishing up around 4-5pm 
(both 275+ entrants).

BTW, manually entering times into the computer has no effect on the 
running of the event (i.e. computer is not holding up the event) at 
least at the tours.

A theatre seats 275. Do you let 301 in?? NO!

A plane seats 275. Do you let 301 in?? NO!

A NT event has an entry cap of 275. Do you let 301 in?? NO! ...um... yes??

The flyer for the Peru tour states in big letters at the bottom:

        ***Entry Cap: 275***

How come 301 were let in??
