Topeka Hotel Review?

Hi Everybody,

This year I'm going to Tokepa for the first time, but know nothing
about the hotels in the area.  I just made reservations at the Plaza
Inn Hotel because it seems to have the best combination of comfort,
price, and close proximity to the track.  Do any of you have any
experience with this place?  I just want to make sure not to get stuck
in a dump, since my wife will be with me, and she is a little bit
fussy.  (Hell, I could just sleep in the car if I had to).
