O'Donnell might have that much money in his Elan, but it's been done
over a period of 30 years and one class change (from AP to DM). How's
that for longevity? That comes at a cost average of $3333.33 a year.
These costs, of course, are rumored unless you have asked either one
directly. Oh, BTW, if you're referencing the A Mod Phantom, it's
Milligan, not Mulligan, and Joe Cheng is the owner, Milligan keeps it
running.
