IOW, the current standard this year was Snell 95, so eligible helmets had to
be either Snell 95 (the current standard) or Snell 90 or Snell 85 (the
previous
two standards).
For the 2001 season, the "current" standard will be the just-released Snell
2000 standard; and helmets meeting Snell 95 or Snell 90 (which will then
be the 2 previous standards) will still be eligible.
