I think 'unprepared' is a much larger group than the stock class. Perhaps a
better word might be 'underprepared' or perhaps a better phrase might even
be "poorly set up". There have been numerous cases where people have put
slicks on cars with stock suspensions and entered Prepared or Mod. Combined
with engine modifications they can easily exceed this limit at a lot of
autocrosses. And in a lot of cases the cars have a dangerously high cG as
well.
