All,
The sky may indeed fall if the "local authorities" as defined inj the
original Section 5 now section 9 of the amendment do not allow the
sanctioned event to occur or if they decide amidst pressure from local
residents that they never allowed such an event to occur in the first place
(lie in the face of a permit an I have seen this happen). If that is the
case, you are at the least outa here. If they lie and say the permit was
never issued or issued in error you are in jail with fines and impoundments.
The local constbulary always had the power they just want it defined and all
around to know it.
