Probably, the (old) A4 and A6 have the same engine bay.  Someone
(Cosworth?) wedged the NA S8 motor into an S4 as a design study a year
or so back, and that's the same block as the RS6.  You might need custom
downpipes/etc.

It probably won't fit in a TT though -- too bad. :)

Perhaps.  Supposedly the reason why Audi didn't put a manual in the
RS6 at all is that they don't have one rated for the torque.  The S4's
tranny is strong though -- it's reportedly the same one used in the
Euro-only RS4.
