Expect some additional procedures in Impound at Nationals, as authorized
by 5.8 (also see 5.1 and 6.10). There will be some designed to facilitate
competitor policing, and others involving more active scrutineering.
Competitors in Stock, Street Touring, Street Prepared, and Street Modified
might want to bring jacks, stands, and tire removing tools to Impound
(Grid), because you may need them. :-)
That's not to say there won't be requests made in other categories or on
other items as well, but that's the one that needs the most heads-up.
