FYI,
I received the NOVEMBER issue of SportsCar at least a week ago and maybe
before then.
I received the DECEMBER issue yesterday.
It MAY help that my postal carrier center is about 3 miles from the main
processing center for my part of NC.
Note that in my experience (and input from the post office) torn copies are
typically the result of your copy being at one of the exposed ends of a
bundle. Generally the problem goes away after a month or so as your
"position" in a bundle changes.
