Hi Mark,

I know you are familar with Z06's and I know and admire Jerry but I 
would like
to make a small clarification.  A Stock Z06 has the Rev limitor set at 
6600 rpm.
This was around 68mph on the Hoosiers in 2nd gear.  It will be a little 
higher
with the Kumhos since they are about 0.8" larger in diameter, but 
probably not
over 70mph.  So banging the rev limitor on the stock Z06 once or twice 
before
braking shouldn't be a problem.  It could be seen as hitting the upper 
limit.

Now going to 3rd is a different story though....
