Are you referring to the effect of bump steer at the rear of the car? Are
you driving a stock Honda or something more prepared? Are you driving a
Honda with the older torsion beam rear end or one of the newer ones with the
multilink? I'm just trying to think of things here that would give me a good
comparison to my car. It is a McPherson rear end, and although I am a
G-Stock car, the S/R model is much more like an STS car than a typical Stock
FWD due to the stiffer suspension. I'm also trying to learn how the toe in
and toe out at the front and rear will affect the handling. My understanding
of toe is fairly limited, but I thought that on a front engine, front wheel
drive car you would want slight toe out at the front and at the rear.
something in the 1/16" range for both. By using more toe out at the front
are you getting the front tires to work better and then are using toe in at
the rear to make the car more stable?

We typically use 1/8-1/4" toe out in the front and 1/4" toe in to 0 in the
rear on FWD Honda products.  It really depends on what happens in the rear
during cornering.  If you have enough suspension movement in the rear,
coupled with enough toe change, you'll need to be careful of getting close
to 0 toe.  The rear might toe out enough to make it oversteer a lot in that
case...
