I didn't know Salina did that. I'd have called it in as a penalty as the cone
that was there... isn't any longer.

Our rule here in Salina -- we've seen it happen -- is that if the car passes
nd there is still *A* cone upright in the box, no penalty. Even if the cone
eft standing was originally the pointer before the driver hit both of them.
