Divisional Questions....

It doesn't look like the divisional is either a Sac
chapter or SFR points event from the event schedule -
is this true? 

Do you have to run both days, or could an entrant skip
the Saturday part of the event, i.e. not just a DNS,
but physically not be there until Sunday?
