Expanding stock class legality

Hi:
Are coilovers illegal for the stock classes? If so, is
there anything I can 
do to it to make it legal?

Sure, get McKenna to be your partner. He can do
anything.
Better yet call yourself ASP, that's what it's for.
Stock is simply PC for Underprepared.
