MKI MR-2 tips?

An friend of mine is looking for tips on building his
MKI MR-2 to C-Stock limits, specifically a good front
swaybar size and alignment settings.

BTW, he was #87 CS (red), ran in Street Tire last
event and was pretty impressive (33rd PAX)...can't
wait to see him in a built car!
