Whither OSP?

Working on the results now -- 

I see that the run groups were balanced OK -- except 
for Run Group 2 -- OSP and OSP-N.  There were only 
12 total in that group, while the avrerage size was 35.

What's happening?  Is the new SM2 class 
sapping the talent out of OSP?  Do I need to reshuffle the 
run groups again????
