Run groups for Nov 9/10 Crows Landing Event

Yes, I should have that done by the weekend,  we are going to run Street
tire and Stock 2 first, then all the other stock classes second, then
Street Prepared third, then Prepared and Mods last. I might have to
adjust one or two classes here or there to try to even the groups out.
