That swaybar thing

Remember that seized swaybar thread last week? So, what exactly would happen
if your bar was frozen in its bushings? Wouldn't the effect be of just
bolting your lower A-arm to the chassis? That would make for a really harsh
ride(and could perhaps explain my recent inability to keep CD's from
spontaneously ejecting over traffic dots) if that's what would happen.
Right?
